This is a full-time on-site role for a Radiographer

nationwide . We are looking to fill in the radiographer roles all over Malaysia. A Radiographer is responsible for using advanced imaging techniques such as X-rays, CT scans and MRI scans to take images of the body. The images are used by doctors and specialists to diagnose, monitor and treat various medical conditions. As a Radiographer, you will work with various healthcare professionals and patients, and must have a solid understanding of radiation safety protocols and procedures. JOB DESCRIPTION

To carry out all imaging procedures and produce quality images of diagnostic value with minimal radiation to patients and staff Follow up on patients after treatment to track the progress of recovery and ensure patients show no signs of radiation side effect Explain to patients and their family the details of a procedure and ways to manage possible side effects Perform general radiography and specialized imaging when trained Maintain proper record and filing with ensuring confidentiality Ensure proper maintenance of imaging equipment, with proper recording / filing To ensure room temperature / storage condition required for different imaging equipment Assists the Radiologist and doctors in the imaging process Participate in quality improvement projects of the department and hospital Assist in administrative tasks when required JOB REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATION

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master’s Degree in Medical Imaging, Radiography, or any related field At least 3 years of working experience in related field Proficient in operating computerized machines such as X-rays and Ultrasound equipment Must have own transport Can work under flexible working hours Willing to learn, responsible, good interpersonal skills and meticulous.
