We are looking for a highly motivated Retail Operations Executive who will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing retail and event operations in Australia, with frequent travel to Australia expected.
Event Management
- Identify and secure event locations in Australia, negotiating rental rates to optimize costs
- Develop detailed floor plans to ensure efficient space utilization
- Coordinate with external vendors and stakeholders for atrium space and event setup
- Collaborate with partners, contractors, and internal departments to ensure seamless event execution
- Maintain adequate stock of brochures and promotional materials to support retail and event activities
- Capture high-quality images for social media marketing and promotional purposes
- Conduct comprehensive product training sessions and assess the competency of new team members, including part-time and full-time staff
- Ensure training materials and presentation slides are regularly updated
Manpower Planning
Manage staffing requirements for both retail and pop-up events to ensure adequate coverageAssist in scheduling casual staff and making necessary adjustments based on operational needsSecure replacements for last-minute staff cancellations to minimize disruptionsAdjust manpower allocation based on sales trends and event locations to maximize efficiencyMonitor sales performance to ensure pop-up stores achieve break-even or meet sales targetsCoordinate the replenishment of retail inventory from headquarters as neededCompile and submit commission reports for casual staff, if applicableSales & Inventory Management

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field preferredProven experience in event planning, retail management, or a similar role, preferably with international exposureStrong negotiation and vendor management skillsExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesStrong leadership and team management skillsAbility to analyze sales trends and optimize manpower allocation accordinglyWillingness and ability to travel frequently to AustraliaProficiency in Microsoft Office and event planning softwareExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsSeniority level
