Operate complex metrology and material analysis tools in an ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) compliant environment.
Perform loading and unloading of products into / from equipment according to specifications, Best Known Methods (BKM), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Take ownership of assigned equipment, including performance tracking, preventive maintenance, and user training.
Conduct daily equipment monitoring and ensure timely response to any Out of Control (OOC) or Out of Spec (OOS) conditions.
Collect, organize, and analyze metrology data to identify trends, detect anomalies, and support process improvements.
Generate reports and communicate findings to engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams to ensure product quality and yield optimization.
Collaborate with different departments to support data requests, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions.
Support the development and proliferation of new measurement methods or tools within the team or site.
Apply constraint management techniques to maximize equipment output while minimizing downtime.
Perform non-standard processing, troubleshooting, and problem-solving as needed.
Shift allowance and overtime (OT) pay provided.
Requirements
Diploma / Advanced Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering, Physics, or related fields.
