Operational Excellence
- Ensure compliance of funds dealing procedures with fund documentation (including Prospectus / Offering Documents, Servicing Agreements and Operating Memorandums)
- Prepare & check internal and external reports to management, clients (Fund Manager, Distributor) and investors / distributors (e.g. client reporting, KPI reporting, etc)
- Follow up outstanding documents for KYC & subscription payments on the Fund's account
- Translation of key information in KYC Document from Mandarin to English under client's indemnity letter
- Provide high quality and professional client service to ensure Caceis Investor & Treasury Services Values are well maintained
Relationship and Communication
Maintain efficient communication channels with managers, coordinators and team membersTimely resolution / escalation of inter-departmental and cross functional queriesEnsure collaborative relationship across jurisdictional, functional and cultural boundaries including onshore business partners when required for the daily operationsWorks closely with manager of department to achieve department and organization goalsTeam Interaction
