Job Description

Operational Excellence

Ensure compliance of funds dealing procedures with fund documentation (including Prospectus / Offering Documents, Servicing Agreements and Operating Memorandums)
Prepare & check internal and external reports to management, clients (Fund Manager, Distributor) and investors / distributors (e.g. client reporting, KPI reporting, etc)
Follow up outstanding documents for KYC & subscription payments on the Fund's account
Translation of key information in KYC Document from Mandarin to English under client's indemnity letter
Provide high quality and professional client service to ensure Caceis Investor & Treasury Services Values are well maintained

Relationship and Communication

Maintain efficient communication channels with managers, coordinators and team members

Timely resolution / escalation of inter-departmental and cross functional queries

Ensure collaborative relationship across jurisdictional, functional and cultural boundaries including onshore business partners when required for the daily operations

Works closely with manager of department to achieve department and organization goals

Team Interaction

Maintain standards of personal and professional behaviour

Coach team members as necessary on specific & identified tasks / activities to ensure team efficiency

Experienced in relevant Securities Operations / Financial Services / Transfer Agency

Experience in AML / KYC will be an added advantage Minimum experience level 3-5 years Skills needed

English Language (Written / Oral) Proficiency

Mandarin and Cantonese (Written / Oral) Proficiency

PC literate in MSOffice applications

Proficiency in English language (written / oral) and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese language (written / oral) and translation skills

Able to work under pressure following tight deadlines and / or S.L.A. requirements

Able to work with others as a strong team player in a fast-paced environment

Willing to take on new challenges and result oriented

Compliant to rules and procedures

Independent, confident, self-motivated, pro-active and mature Languages Mandarin
