Site Supervisor

Manage and supervise construction personnel to ensure all tasks are completed on time.

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards.

Plan and organize daily and weekly work schedules.

Ensure work methods and techniques are carried out correctly and safely.

Manage and coordinate orders, deliveries, and inventory of building materials.

Assist the Project Manager in planning and coordinating site activities.

Prepare and maintain site reports, progress records, and documentation.

Attend site coordination and management meetings as required.

Job Requirements :

Minimum Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.

Minimum 2 years of working experience in building.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Proven leadership abilities with a hands-on approach.

Flexible, adaptable, and able to work under pressure.

Possess own transport and willing to travel to project sites.
