Job in Brief
Accountable for the day-to-day Group's financial activities with broad responsibility for the preparation of Group's management reporting, budgets, taxation compliance, statutory reporting, cash-flow management, prepare analysis and undertake projects aimed at improving business performance. The role requires a strategic thought-partner with entrepreneurial spirit.
Responsibilities and Duties
Prepare and present financial statements and financial reports on a monthly and periodic basis for internal and external stakeholders.Manage cash flow , including collection, forecasting, and optimizing cash resources.Prepare company budgets , including new business ventures financial modelling and profitability studies.Work with HOD in managing the Profit and Loss , managing the Revenue, Cost, and Profit.Manage and lead the finance team to achieve department KPI and efficiency.Requirements & Qualifications
Holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting.3 years of experience as Finance Manager in a similar industry.Actively involved in budgets, forecasting work with Sales HOD for business results.Able to prepare financial modelling and advisory for business decision-making.Keen on learning and continuous improvement; self-reflect on what went wrong and what to improve.What You Get
