Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and client‑focused Relationship Manager to serve Southeast Asian clients with a focus on health management and longevity solutions. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through personalized health, wellness, and advanced longevity programs. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a background in healthcare or financial services, and the ability to deliver high‑touch service tailored to sophisticated clientele.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of High Net Worth (HNW) clients across Southeast Asia, partnering with our physicians and geneticists to provide personalized health management and longevity planning services.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless and premium service experience.
- Understand clients’ health and wellness goals, work with our medical partners to ensure the advice on programs, treatments, and preventive strategies are aligned with longevity‑focused solutions.
- Liaise with and coordinate medical partners, wellness experts, and international healthcare providers to deliver curated solutions.
- Maintain a good understanding of emerging trends in healthcare, longevity, and personalized medicine.
- Develop tailored client engagement strategies, including events, seminars, and exclusive health experiences.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination of services, reporting, and follow‑ups.
- Uphold confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive client information.
Desired Skills and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, life sciences, business, or related fields.5+ years’ experience in client relationship management, preferably in private banking, insurance, healthcare, or wellness sectors.Strong understanding of healthcare systems, preventive medicine, or personalized health programs is a plus.Proven track record of managing HNW or ultra‑high‑net‑worth clients.Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and client service skills.Ability to build trust, demonstrate empathy, and deliver solutions in a discreet and professional manner.Fluency in English required; proficiency in Mandarin, Bahasa, or other Southeast Asian languages is an advantage.Willingness to travel across the region to meet clients.This position is a remote role in Malaysia.
