Job Descriptions :
Managing and overseeing the day-to-day car park operations.
Supporting daily operations activities.
Sustain and ensure car park's image and staff appearance.
Monitor and conduct manpower planning and allocation for the relevant car park.
Effectively coach staff on their performance on a regular basis.
On-the job training on people management & customer service skills.
Ensure service delivered to customers meets expectations.
Building good rapport with Landlord / Building Manager / Customer.
To conduct market research and to explore business opportunities.
Prepare monthly report and weekly report.
Any other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the management.
Job Requirements :
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in any field.
Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
Be able to communicate well in both Bahasa Malaysia and English (Written & Speaking).
Computer literal especially in Microsoft Office.
Preferably candidate specializing in service industry / F&B outlet / retail chain stores or equivalent.
Preferably candidate with 1 years supervisory experience (e.g. handling a team of at least 20 staff / retail outlet).
Customer service skills / sales and marketing experience will be value added.
Applicants must possess own transportation and having valid driving license (B2 / D).
Require to travel heavily within the assign region / locations.
Able to work under pressure and multitasking.
Self motivated and good attitude.
Availability to join immediately.
