Job Description
What You’ll Be Doing :
- Handle full set of accounts (GL, AP, AR, bank reconciliation, etc.)
- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, debit / credit notes, and related documents
- Manage monthly / quarterly management reports and ensure timely closing
- Liaise with clients on financial data, queries, and document collection
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax requirements
- Work closely with our internal team and external stakeholders (e.g. auditors, tax agents)
What We’re Looking For :
Diploma / Degree in Accounting or related field1-2 years experience handling full-set accounts (preferably in a firm or outsourced setting)Familiar with SQL, Xero, or similar accounting softwareStrong attention to detail and a proactive mindsetAble to manage multiple deadlines and client portfoliosBonus : Experience with payroll or SST submissionsSalary range : RM 3,000 - RM 5,000 per month
