Overview

Here’s what you will be doing :

Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers professionally and ensure their satisfaction through effective solutions for returns, complaints, and checkout.
  • Educate customers on omni-channel brand offerings and technical features of Decathlon products to recommend appropriate items.
  • Develop customer relationships both in-store and online, encouraging loyalty card subscriptions.
  • Participate in local sports community events to promote sports passion.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve departmental goals and promote innovation and sports experience in-store.
  • Maintain store layout and stock accuracy using the automatic replenishment system.
  • Enforce safety, security, and product safety policies, including fire safety and shrinkage prevention.
  • Manage personal development and training plans, participate in training, and support teammates’ skill improvement.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
  • Minimum qualifications of Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma.
  • Fresh graduates to experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Customer-centric with a strong sense of service and willingness to help teammates and customers.
  • Responsible, self-motivated, adaptable in a fast-paced and agile environment.
  • Human-first approach with high communication skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team during busy periods including weekends and holidays.
  • Digitally savvy.
