About the role

We are seeking a full-time Driver to join our team at Cititel Express Ipoh. As our Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting our employees and clients to their destinations, ensuring a smooth and efficient transportation service.

What you'll be doing

  • Operate company vehicles in a safe and responsible manner, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations
  • Provide courteous and professional customer service to passengers
  • Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of assigned vehicles
  • Assist with loading and unloading of passenger luggage or equipment as needed
  • Maintain accurate trip logs and submit vehicle maintenance reports
  • Collaborate with the transportation team to ensure efficient scheduling and route planning

What we\'re looking for

  • Valid driver\'s licence with a clean driving record
  • PSV License
  • At least 2 years of professional driving experience, preferably in the hospitality or transportation industry
  • Ability to navigate efficiently and make informed decisions to avoid delays
  • Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills
  • Basic mechanical knowledge to perform basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate various shift patterns, including weekends and holidays
