Role Overview

We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver technology‑driven initiatives that enable business transformation. You’ll oversee end‑to‑end project execution—from planning to delivery—ensuring quality, efficiency, and alignment with strategic goals. This role requires strong coordination, stakeholder management, and a balance of business and technical acumen.

Note : Candidates should be based in Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage medium‑scale projects such as new system implementations, migrations, integrations, or platform upgrades.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and leadership.
• Monitor project progress, risks, and interdependencies, and proactively resolve or elevate issues to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams, vendors, and business units to maintain alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive process improvements by introducing automation, best practices, and operational efficiencies.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, security frameworks, and regulatory requirements across all project activities.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with vendors and ensure that all contractual obligations and service‑level agreements are met.
• Participate in governance and review meetings, presenting project updates and risk assessments where required.
• Oversee project documentation, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and adherence to organizational standards.
• Track vendor performance, delivery quality, and timelines to ensure successful outcomes and continuous improvement.
