Risk Control Specialist (Malaysia)

Responsibilities

• Conduct user audits on the company\'s risk control platform
• Monitor for and promptly respond to any abnormal transaction data, making judgments as necessary
• Continually learn about the platform\'s rules and enhance personal and professional skills
• Keep abreast of external competitors\' changes in risk control rules and provide suggestions based on current regulations

Requirements

• At least 1 year of working experience in risk control / transaction monitoring / customer support
• Possess business sensitivity and awareness of risk
• Strong psychological quality with effective communication and judgment skills
• Strong logical thinking and data collection and analysis abilities
• Strict adherence to professional ethics and information security and confidentiality in daily work
• Proficiency in English and Chinese must be required
• Available to work on weekends and with rotated shifts between day and overnight shifts
