JOB REQUIREMENT :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial, or related field).
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in operations, production, or plant engineering.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience may also be considered (for junior positions).
• Strong understanding of operational processes and system controls.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance, safety procedures, and process optimization.
• Proficiency in data analysis and process monitoring tools.
• Good problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work in shifts or standby duty (depending on industry).
• Familiarity with ISO standards and lean manufacturing practices is an advantage.
