Key Responsibilities :

  • Accurately input and update data in systems and databases.
  • Assist with preparing reports, documents, and presentations.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and scheduling.
  • Communicate with internal teams to ensure data consistency and task completion.

Requirements :

  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle repetitive tasks reliably.
  • Prior experience in data entry or administrative roles is an advantage.
