Responsibilities
- Prepare and develop marketing plan for the designated products, agencies and principals in line with the company’s objectives
- Constantly develop and recommend appropriate sales, advertising and promotional activities for designated product lines, agencies or principals
- Identify appropriate channels of distribution for each product line and draw up penetration strategies to gain support
- Gather market intelligence and conduct regular market visits
- Track and analyze brand performance and brand health through in‑market sales and recommend corrective actions to address areas of concern
- Constantly survey the market and analyze competitors’ activities and new entrants
- Maintain good public relationship with principals as well as ensuring excellent customer relationship and rapport in order to achieve and maintain the company’s image
