Company Background

This company is a newly established company with six plants. It specializes in engineering, designing, manufacturing, and distributing high-quality, performance-driven products across various segments. They primarily produce reliable tools for the power tool industry, with headquarters in the USA. The company is located in Pekan Nanas, Johor.

Key Responsibilities :

Monitor and support daily production activities to ensure smooth operation and timely output.
Assist in troubleshooting production issues, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality.
Coordinate with maintenance teams for equipment servicing and downtime minimization.
Assist in developing and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and production documentation.
Participate in new product introduction (NPI) and provide feedback on manufacturability.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company quality standards.

Job Requirements :

Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

1-3 years of working experience in a production or manufacturing environment.

Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, and quality control systems.

Hands-on approach to problem-solving and strong analytical skills.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Willing to work on-site and in a fast-paced production environment.

Proficient in Chinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).
