Penerangan pekerjaanProvide Clinical Applications Training / CME to customers Attend product or clinical training provided by company Deliver internal product & clinical training to sales team to ensure team's knowledge is up to date Compile Clinical Case Support for patient treatments Implement and manage customer specific account strategies to drive utilization Document and manage all relevant customer activities Communicates customer feedback to the appropriate functions in the company Support Sales team by demonstrating products to potential customers Represent company at trade shows and exhibitions (when required)
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or relevant fields
- Nurse with at least 2 years of experience in OT / ICU
- Problem-solving skills : Your ability to solve for the client's needs is vital when training and troubleshooting products
- Communication and customer service skills : Oral communication is important to translate complex information understandably, supervise staff or train new users. Excellent customer service skills allow you to do so in a polite, informative and positive way.
