Penerangan pekerjaanMonitor the movement of vehicles in real time (via GPS / fleet tracking systems). Ensure timely dispatch, delivery, and return of vehicles. Handle changes to delivery schedules, breakdowns, or delays efficiently. Liaise with drivers, customers, and logistics partners to resolve operational issue. Serve as the main contact point between the company, drivers, and clients. Provide updates on delivery status and manage customer expectations. Coordinate with maintenance and workshop teams for vehicle servicing and repairs. Handle driver rosters, leave schedules, and disciplinary issues when necessary. Respond to breakdowns, accidents, or delays promptly. Arrange replacement vehicles or drivers when needed. Ensure that contingency plans are in place for emergencies. Strong organizational and planning skills. Proficiency with fleet management and GPS tracking software. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of transport regulations and safety standards. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities. Entry level Full-time Accounting / Auditing and Finance Industries
