Senior Engineer, GQ Ops Industrial Engineering and System

Responsibilities
- Digital Transformation for GQ Ops central planning and operation systems
- Analyze current and the required future processes and systems that are instrumental to (1) give insights on resources requirement and (2) translate to improvement that support business needs.
- Initiate collaboration to scope out system requirements.
- Collaborate with main partners to plan for digitalizing systems.
- Communicate status of projects.
- Report issues, risks, changes, and drive initiatives for recovery, mitigation, and preventive measures.
- Assist with documentation and training needs for new processes.
- Manage projects to ensure desired results are completed within the required timeframe.
Requirements
Effective written and spoken English.Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Industrial and System Engineering, Engineering, Business or related field and / or equivalent experience.Experience or at least willing to learn, in the following areas :Developing software application and business intelligent solutions (Tableau or Microsoft Power Platform)Strong knowledge of relational databases, table design, SQL query and optimization of queries.Familiar with database management system (Microsoft SQL, Hana or Snowflake)Powerful skills in data presentation (Tableau, Power BI).Strong critical and analytical thinking skill.Strong problem‑solving skills with ability to multi‑task and manage numerous projects simultaneously.Able to work in several areas of a project development life cycle.Great teammate, preferably with experience working on projects with global collaborators.High adaptability and flexibility to deal with variety of problems in a fast‑paced environment.Strong interpersonal skills.Excellent oral and written communication skills and presentation skills.Proven leadership skills :Able to collaborate in various cultures to drive projects forward and to completion.Able to articulate problem statement and address root cause.Able to apply creativity and innovation into solutioning as needed.Self‑motivated, strong ownership and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Very high attention to detail and data accuracy and quality.About Micron Technology, Inc.
