Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Consultant based in Johor Baharu, with some work from home acceptable. The Sales Consultant will focus on providing consultative sales services, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining strong communication with clients, and delivering exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include identifying client needs, offering tailored solutions, and maintaining long-term relationships with clients.

• Sales Consulting and Consulting skills
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
• Previous experience in sales or consulting roles is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
