SEO Specialist

Overview

We are looking for a skilled SEO Specialist to join our team and improve our website’s search engine ranking and online presence. Responsibilities

Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings. Conduct keyword research to identify high-ranking opportunities. Optimize on-page elements such as titles, meta descriptions, headers, and images. Improve website structure and internal linking for better crawlability. Content Optimization & Development : Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content. Optimize existing content for search engines and user engagement. Ensure content follows SEO best practices and aligns with user intent. Technical SEO : Perform website audits to identify issues and provide recommendations. Optimize site speed, mobile-friendliness, and schema markup. Ensure proper indexing and crawling by search engines. Link Building & Off-Page SEO : Develop and execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority. Conduct competitor backlink analysis and identify opportunities. Monitor and disavow toxic backlinks if necessary. Analytics & Performance Tracking : Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools. Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversion rates. Generate reports and provide insights to improve SEO efforts. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field preferred, but not required; certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or SEO-related courses. Required language(s) : English, Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients. 5+ years of experience in SEO. Proficient in SEO analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Trend, SEMrush, Similarweb, and Ahrefs. Experience in creating or guiding SEO-optimized content. Building and maintaining relationships for backlinks. Ability to work collaboratively with content writers, developers, and marketing teams.
