Overview

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Preschool Principal to lead our private school in Ipoh, Perak. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of education, fostering a dynamic and inclusive learning environment for our students.

What you'll be doing

Providing strategic leadership and vision for the school, aligning all operations and initiatives with the organization's mission and values.
Overseeing the day-to-day management of the school, including curriculum development, teaching and learning standards, and student welfare.
Cultivating a positive and collaborative school culture, empowering teachers and staff to deliver exceptional educational experiences.
Engaging with parents, the local community, and educational authorities to build strong partnerships and support the school's growth.
Ensuring compliance with all relevant educational regulations and policies, maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
Actively participating in the school's strategic planning and decision-making processes, contributing to the overall vision and direction.
Fostering a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and the implementation of best practices in education.

What we're looking for

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a senior leadership role within the education sector and early years setting.

Strong background in curriculum development, teaching, and learning, with a deep understanding of educational trends and best practices.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with a diverse range of stakeholders.

Proven track record in building and leading high-performing teams, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
