Responsibilities :

  • Assist in configuring, enhancing, and optimizing internal business applications and Microsoft 365 tools.
  • Collaborate in analyzing business processes to identify system improvements or automation opportunities.
  • Assist with business analytics using Power BI to support business decision-making.
  • Support the design, development, and testing of RPA solutions using UiPath and Power Automate.
  • Contribute to implementing light code solutions using Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI) to enhance user experience.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining SharePoint pages.
  • Participate in IT-related projects and provide support to end-users on IT issues.

Requirements :

  • Currently pursuing a degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Familiar with Microsoft 365 and its suite of productivity tools.
  • Have a foundational understanding of Power BI and its analytical capabilities.
  • Basic knowledge of ERP and RPA concepts, with familiarity in RPA tools such as Power Automate and UiPath.
  • Possess a basic understanding of programming or scripting languages such as Python, VBA, or similar is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

    • Job Type : Internship

    Contract length : 6 months

    Pay : RM1,200.00 per month
