Testing and Measurement : Utilize appropriate tools and techniques to conduct tests and measure product specifications accurately.
Document Findings : Maintain detailed records of inspection results, defects, and non-conformities, and prepare comprehensive reports for management review.
Collaboration : Work closely with production and engineering teams to identify quality issues and support the implementation of corrective actions.
Quality Control Plan : Assist in the development, implementation, and revision of quality control plan and procedures to enhance overall product quality.
Continuous Improvement : Identify areas for improvement in processes and procedures, contributing to ongoing quality enhancement initiatives.
Qualifications
Education : Minimum qualification in STPM / Diploma
Experience : Minimum 1 to 2 years of proven experience in quality assurance or inspection, ideally within a manufacturing or production environment.
Skills :
Attention to Detail : Strong ability to spot defects and deviations from quality standards.
Technical Proficiency : Proficient in using inspection tools (e.g., calipers, measuring tape) and measurement instruments.
