Job Overview
We seek a versatile Teaching Assistant to support classroom instruction, student development, and school operations. The role reports to the Head of Department (Secondary) or Year Leader (Primary).
Responsibilities
- Assist teachers in delivering planned lessons and support group learning activities.
- Provide targeted individual support inside and outside the classroom, enabling all students to participate fully.
- Support students with emotional, behavioral, and social development needs.
- Prepare and present displays of students’ work and organize learning materials.
- Assist with photocopying, photocopying, and classroom tasks as requested.
- Undertake playground duties, supervision duties, and after‑school activities.
- Model excellent conduct, support students in following school rules, and attend team meetings.
- Actively support and adhere to the Child Protection Policy, including attending annual training.
Requirements
Fresh graduate, undergraduate diploma, or certificate in Education or equivalent.Qualification in PGCE, TEFL, TESOL, or EAL is preferred.Good command of English and ability to communicate effectively in English.Experience working with children and a patient, pleasant, polite, and responsible demeanor.Applicants must be Malaysian citizens.What ISP Offers Employees
