Overview
Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure high satisfaction.
Lead, train, and motivate staff to achieve performance targets.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and continuous staff development.
Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
Oversee daily operations, including opening, closing, and shift scheduling.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Monitor inventory and manage ordering to reduce waste and control costs.
Manage outlet budgets, analyze sales, and implement cost-saving measures.
Maintain accurate financial records and administrative documentation.
Drive promotional activities and collaborate with marketing for campaigns.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational excellence of the outlet.
Ensure menu quality and consistency in line with customer expectations.
Keep licenses, certifications, and inspection records up to date.
Qualifications
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in F&B operations, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Candidate must be able to train in Klang Valley around 2 weeks - 1 month. Hostel Provided.
Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or a related field.
Additional certifications in F&B management, health & safety, or customer service are a plus.
Proven experience managing staff and handling high-volume service environments.
Fluency in English & Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
