Penerangan pekerjaanStrong programming experience in RPG, RPGLE, CLLE, and ILE concepts. Expertise in production support, RCA documentation, and issue resolution. Proficiency in DB2 / 400, SQL, and file management on IBM i. Familiarity with job monitoring, batch job handling, and spool file management. Strong communication skills for stakeholder coordination and documentation. Experience with ARCAD DevOps suite or Turnover for CI / CD and deployments.

Key Responsibilities :
- Analyse and resolve complex production incidents involving AS400 programs and batch processes.
- Perform advanced debugging and deliver critical hotfixes using RPG, RPGLE, CLLE.
- Manage code versioning and deployments using ARCAD DevOps suite (or Turnover).
- Lead technical root cause analysis and preventive action planning.
- Handle database maintenance, SQL queries, and file updates in DB2 / 400.
- Oversee job monitoring, recovery from batch failures, and scheduled task management.
- Conduct code reviews and performance tuning for RPG applications.
- Mentor L2 support teams and contribute to technical documentation and SOPs.
