What You’ll Build

As a Full-Stack Engineer , you’ll help architect and scale the systems that power The Flex — from seamless guest bookings to automated check-ins, cleaning logistics, and predictive pricing. You’ll work across the stack and across borders, turning complex real estate problems into clean, elegant code.

• Build the Core – Develop scalable, high-performance applications that drive bookings, payments, and automation workflows.
• Automate Everything – Design AI-driven scripts and microservices that eliminate repetitive operational tasks.
• Integrate Intelligently – Build and optimize APIs that connect Base360.ai to platforms like Airbnb, Stripe, Twilio, and beyond.
• Ship Fast, Scale Smart – Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, serverless) and deploy updates that never slow us down.
• Solve Problems That Matter – Tackle complex challenges — from synchronization across global booking channels to live operational alerts.
