Penerangan pekerjaanGreet customers warmly and take their orders with accuracy. Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards of quality. Ensure meals and drinks are delivered promptly and correctly to guests. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene across the dining area, kitchen, and workstations. Assist in kitchen duties such as food preparation, dishwashing, and replenishing supplies when necessary. Follow all safety, sanitation, and quality procedures consistently. Operate the POS system to manage transactions and process payments smoothly. Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless daily operations. Provide attentive, courteous, and supportive service to enhance the customer dining experience.
Job Requirements
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in the F&B industry is an advantage but not mandatory (training will be provided).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, service-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.
- Positive attitude, team player, and willing to learn new skills
