To support in developing engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, including tagline ideas, social media content and marketing collateral copywriting.
Analyzing social media trends and analyses social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement
Works with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages;
Work as project manager on all mall-wide promotions and events.
Communicate and collaborate with tenants on joint-events and advertising to attract more visitors
Tenants and potential prospects engagement to drive marketing collaboration and casual leasing.
Other duties within Tenancy Management role as assigned.
Job Requirements :
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications / Advertising or its equivalent
Candidate with working experience in Mall, Tenancy or Marketing will be an added advantage
Strong interpersonal & presentation skills
Creativity and always keep updated on market and industry trends
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
Candidate with 3 years Mall or Tenancy experience can be consider for Senior Executive position
