We are looking for passionate and customer-oriented individuals to join our Telco Customer Service Team . This role involves handling inbound calls, emails, and chats related to telco products and services — ensuring excellent customer experience and effective issue resolution.
Requirements
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).
- Ability to work on rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Available to join on November intake (preferred).
Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls, live chats, and emails related to telco services (mobile, internet, billing, etc.).Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, telco phone plan information, and service requests.Troubleshoot basic technical or service-related issues.Update customer information accurately in the system.Promote telco products, plans, and add-on services when suitable.Operation Hours
8 : 00 AM – 12 : 00 AM (based on shift schedule)
Monday – Sunday
8 working hours per day | 5 working days per week | 2 off days per week
