ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Property Management Application System Executive with experience in building management and accounting system migration to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in basic audit of building management accounting system, and managing residential or mixed-use properties, ensuring smooth deployment of property management application system for better operations and compliance with statutory and financial requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Planning and Coordination

Assist in developing comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budgets.

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project requirements are well-understood and met.

Monitor and update project schedules, ensuring alignment with overall objectives.

Execution and Monitoring

Support the execution of project tasks, ensuring adherence to approved plans and standards.

  • Track project progress, identify potential risks, and provide timely updates to the Project Manager or senior management.
  • Prepare and present regular project status reports, highlighting achievements, risks, and necessary actions.

    Financial Data Migration and Audit

    Lead the migration of historical property management data from the old system to new system.

  • Validate and reconcile data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency throughout the migration.
  • Apply audit practices to establish proper data verification and internal control checks during migration.
  • Conduct post-migration reviews to confirm the integrity and reliability of the data.
  • Prepare clear documentation of audit findings, migration records, and control processes for transparency.

    Risk Management

    Identify, evaluate, and document project risks.

    Assist in developing mitigation strategies and ensure implementation of risk management plans.

    Documentation and Reporting

    Maintain and organise project documentation, including contracts, agreements, meeting minutes, and other records.

  • Support post-project evaluations, preparing lessons-learned reports for process improvements.
  • Coordinate with and report to Project Management Team Lead closely to ensure successful project delivery and closure.

    Stakeholder Communication

    Act as a liaison between various internal teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

    Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate feedback channels.

    Process Improvement

    Participate in reviewing and enhancing project management processes and tools for better efficiency.

  • Propose innovative solutions to streamline project execution.
  • QUALIFICATION

  • Equivalent to Diploma or higher
  • Min 2 years experience in Building Management Property
  • Basic accounting and audit experience is preferred
  • OTHER SKILLS

  • Good command of spoken and written English and Malay
  • Good interpersonal, organisational, communication, and time management skills with the ability to interact at all levels.
  • Pro-active, confident, a team player with a strong sense of responsibility and high standards of integrity, and possesses the drive for self-development.
  • Have an understanding of the project life cycle.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office products (word, excel, power point, visio) will be an advantage.
  • Able to travel to project sites (residential areas) following the client's availability.
  • Job Type : Full-time

    Pay : Up to RM5,000.00 per month
