Aircraft Refueling Operator / Aviation Crewman

Tenure : 3 Months contract (Converted to permanent subject to performance)

Working Hours : Rotational Shift basis (8AM-4PM, 4PM-12AM, 12AM-8AM)

Working Location : KLIA

Salary : RM 1,500 - RM 2,000

Responsibilities

• Refuel aircraft with mobile refueler or hydrant dispenser.
• Perform daily maintenance and safety checks on all refueling vehicles and equipment per established standards, including slop tank draining and top‑ups.
• Assist and perform periodic equipment tests as required.
• Prepare and sort / filing delivery receipts for aviation sales.
• Drive all aviation refueling vehicles and service vehicles.
• Maintain the hydrant dispenser, mobile refueler, and service vehicle, including cleaning and upkeep.
• Conduct equipment and quality checks at prescribed intervals, including filter monitor changes.
• Participate in emergency response drills, SMS programs, controls programs, safety meetings, and all required training.
• Drive service vehicles outside the airport to service stations for top‑ups and other office errands.
• Assist with office housekeeping and keep workplaces clean and presentable.
• Record sales data and meter totalizer reads into AMAPS / AVR2000 systems and submit monthly overtime claims.
• Perform minor repairs and upkeep of aviation fueling vehicles and equipment.
• Assist or relieve the Aviation Shift Lead as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.
