Station Head (Senai)

Job Responsibilities :

Track and ensure timely delivery of shipments from pickup to delivery. Manage staff, subcontractors, and part-time workers to ensure proper and complete task execution. Stand in as a hub manager when necessary. Handle cash on delivery payments and deposit daily. Collaborate closely with customer service to fulfill customer requests. Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflow. Control inventory and oversee shipments to minimize the risk of missing or damaged parcels. Perform any other tasks as instructed by superiors. Additional Responsibilities :

Comply with ISO 23412 Cold Chain Management System (CCMS), ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety Management System, and Halal Assurance System. Ensure safety of oneself and others. Participate in QMS, OHS, and GDPMD related programs such as training, campaigns, inductions, and others. Requirements :

Possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent in any field. Minimum of 2 years' relevant working experience. Preferably a Senior Executive with specialization in Logistics / Supply Chain or equivalent. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
