Are you looking to build a rewarding career in real estate? We are seeking ambitious and driven Property Sales Agents to join our dynamic team at Chester Properties Mont Kiara'. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for selling and leasing residential properties in the vibrant Kuala Lumpur area. What you\'ll be doing

Proactively prospecting for new clients and building a pipeline of sales leads
Conducting property viewings and site tours to showcase our premium residential listings
Negotiating sales contracts and lease agreements on behalf of clients
Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Maintaining detailed records and documentation
Collaborating with the broader sales team to achieve individual and team targets

What we\'re looking for

Proven track record in real estate sales or a related sales role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients

Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities

Driven, results-oriented mindset with a commitment to exceeding targets

Familiarity with the Kuala Lumpur property market and relevant regulations

Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (preferred)
