Job Summary
Responsible for end-to-end recruitment and employee lifecycle activities, including sourcing, offer management, onboarding, offboarding, and related employment documentation to ensure smooth HR operations and a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Sourcing & Recruitment
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various platforms and channels.
- Coordinate interview arrangements and support hiring managers in the selection process.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracker.
2. Offer & Onboarding
Prepare and issue offer letters and employment contracts.Coordinate onboarding logistics, including pre-employment documents, system access, and induction schedules.Ensure timely contract stamping with LHDN and maintain proper documentation.3. Contract & Employee Lifecycle Administration
Manage contract extensions and renewals, ensuring timely preparation and approvals.Handle offboarding processes, including clearance forms, exit interviews, and final documentation.Update employee records and maintain accurate HR files.4. Continuous Improvement
Support process improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.Assist in HR-related reporting and compliance as required.Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR operations.Good understanding of the end-to-end hiring process and employment documentation.Strong communication, coordination, and organisational skills.Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information with integrity.#J-18808-Ljbffr
