1. Information Security & Compliance Support PCI-DSS compliance initiatives across all applications, ensuring adherence to standards. Assist in conducting software compliance assessments and managing remediation efforts. Implement and maintain the internal information classification policy for IT documentation. Assist in the implementation and management of third-party access control systems. 2. Policy Development & Management Assist in developing, reviewing, and updating technology standards and policies in alignment with ISO27001, PCI-DSS, and other technology standards requirements. Help design and implement information classification frameworks for IT documentation. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure policy adoption and compliance. Monitor and report on policy compliance metrics. 3. Stakeholder Management Ensure effective communication and engagement with internal and external parties on standards and policies adoption, changes, and enforcement. Manage relationships with third-party vendors regarding access control and compliance. Collaborate with internal and external auditors on related assessments. 4. Shared Services Data dashboard design and implementation for PMO and Technology Standards and Policies teams. AI related initiatives participation and contribution to automation and innovation. Job Requirements

1. Educational & Professional Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Compliance, Laws, Regulatory Affairs, or a relevant field. Work or internship experience related to IT compliance, regulatory compliance, and standards management preferred. 2. Technical Knowledge Proficiency in automation and visualisation software. 3. Professional Skills Strong analytical skills for conducting data analytics, assessments and audits. Excellent documentation and report writing abilities. Ability to manage and track time effectively against allocated hours. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Problem-solving skills for complex compliance challenges. Innovation mindset for process improvements. Interpersonal Skills Excellent communication skills for engaging with various organizational levels.
