We specialize in manufacturing and serving as a strategic partner for one of the world’s largest athletic apparel companies. SIG mainly exports its products to international markets such as the USA, European Countries, South America, China, Japan, Mexico, Australia and Canada.

Responsibilities

Infrastructure Management & Support : Maintain, monitor, and optimize servers, networks, storage, and cloud services to ensure stability, performance, and availability. Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues promptly to minimize business disruption. Plan, configure, and deploy new infrastructure solutions (hardware, software, and cloud-based services) in line with business requirements. Perform regular upgrades, patch management, and capacity planning to keep systems current and scalable.
Security & Compliance : Implement and enforce infrastructure security measures, including firewalls, backups, disaster recovery, and access controls. Support IT governance, risk management, and compliance requirements (e.g., audits, policies, and industry standards). Work closely with application, cybersecurity, and helpdesk teams to ensure smooth integration of systems. Provide technical guidance and support to internal users and project teams.
Documentation & Reporting : Maintain accurate documentation of infrastructure configurations, procedures, and incident resolutions. Provide regular reports on system performance, incidents, and improvement initiatives. Research, evaluate, and recommend emerging technologies and best practices to improve infrastructure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and resilience. Lead or participate in infrastructure-related projects to support business growth and digital transformation.

Education and Experiences

Certificate (CompTIA A+, MLVK, SKM & etc.), Diploma or degree in Information Technology or any other relevant qualification.

3–5 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure administration (preferably within open-source environments).

Strong background in Linux system administration (Ubuntu, Debian, CentOS, or similar distributions).

Proven experience managing virtualization platforms such as Proxmox (KVM / QEMU, LXC) for server consolidation and high availability.

Solid understanding and hands-on experience with open-source firewalls and routing platforms such as OPNsense or pfSense, including rule configuration, VPNs, and traffic shaping.

Contributions to open-source projects, participation in forums / communities, or completion of self-directed projects / labs will be recognized as an added advantage.

Candidates without prior open-source experience but with strong foundational IT knowledge and a genuine desire to learn and practice in open-source infrastructure will also be considered
