Senior Marketing Manager - Valiram
Location : Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Role Summary
The Senior Marketing Manager will develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility, engage target audiences, and drive sales growth. This role requires a creative and analytical thinker with a deep understanding of luxury brand marketing.
Key Responsibility Areas
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with the brand's overall strategy.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
- Collaborate with the product development team to ensure marketing strategies align with product launches.
Brand Management
Maintain and enhance the brand’s image and identity.Ensure all marketing materials reflect the brand's luxury positioning and adhere to brand guidelines.Oversee the production of high‑quality content, including photography, videography, and copywriting.Digital Marketing
Manage and optimize the brand’s digital presence, including website, social media, and email marketing.Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase online engagement and sales.Analyze and report on digital marketing performance, using data to drive improvements.Retail and E‑commerce Support
Develop marketing strategies to support both brick‑and‑mortar retail locations and e‑commerce platforms.Collaborate with the sales team to create in‑store and online promotional activities.Event Planning and Execution
Plan and execute brand events, including product launches, fashion shows, and VIP customer events.Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to ensure successful event execution.Partnerships and Collaborations
Identify and establish strategic partnerships and collaborations that enhance brand visibility and reach.Manage relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and media.Budget Management
Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.Monitor and report on budget performance, adjusting as needed.Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the luxury goods industry.Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and e‑commerce.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. French language is a plus.Creative thinker with a strong eye for design and detail.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics tools.Experience in event planning and execution.Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.Desired Skills
Passion for luxury goods and an understanding of luxury consumer behaviour.Strong leadership and team management skills.Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.Knowledge of CRM systems and email marketing platforms.Experience with international markets and understanding of global marketing strategies.Employment Details
