Haulage Planner Operation

Job description

• To assist in daily arrangements for delivery and collection schedule of drivers according to customer requirement.
• To assist and monitor driver movement from time to time for smooth arrangement
• Update data in haulage system on timely basis.
• Communicate with all parties that involve with haulage process (internal / external customer,customer service department, depot, warehouse, drivers and etc.) regarding the delivery or collection information and status.
• Must be able to work with minimum supervision and able to work under pressure in a fast pace environment with problem solving ability.
• Any ad hoc task assigned by HOD Haulage
