Job Responsibilities
Manage and optimize advertising campaigns across major platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, native ads, etc.);
Develop advertising strategies based on market research and user profiles to accurately target potential customers;
Monitor and analyze campaign data, adjust strategies in real time to improve ROI and conversion rates;
Collaborate with the team to design and execute promotional plans;
Regularly compile advertising performance reports and provide optimization recommendations.
Job Requirements
Age below 35, diploma or above preferred;
Minimum 1 year of online advertising experience (E-commerce / Gaming / App promotion experience preferred);
Familiar with advertising platform rules and optimization strategies, with strong data analysis skills;
Strong sense of responsibility, ability to work under pressure, highly execution-oriented, capable of independent campaign management;
Good communication skills and team spirit.
