Overview
The Marketing Executive is responsible for managing the company’s social media presence to build brand awareness, engage with audiences, and support marketing campaigns. This role includes creating and posting content, replying to messages and comments, and ensuring consistent and professional online communication.
Responsibilities
- Social Media Management
- Manage official social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Reply to customer inquiries, messages, and comments promptly and professionally.
- Monitor engagement and escalate sensitive matters when necessary.
- Content Creation & Posting
- Create simple and engaging social media posts (captions, images, and videos) using tools such as Canva.
- Schedule and publish approved content according to the marketing calendar.
- Ensure posts are aligned with the company’s branding and guidelines.
- Campaign Support
- Assist in executing social media marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for campaign materials and updates.
- Track campaign engagement and provide feedback for improvement.
- Monitoring & Reporting
- Monitor daily social media activities and trends.
- Prepare simple reports on engagement, audience feedback, and performance metrics.
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.2–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing (fresh graduates may be considered).Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Chinese is an added advantage).Familiarity with social media platforms and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut).Strong interest in social media and digital marketing.Creative with attention to detail.Customer-oriented with polite communication style.Organized, responsive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.Location & Compensation
