QAQC Manager

Responsibilities

Implement and maintain the company’s QMS at all levels. Prepare and develop QMS written procedures, Project Quality Plans, Safety Plan / Procedures, Environment Plan / Procedures, relevant forms, formats. Lead the Quality Team in the implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS). Carry out second-party audits such as factory visits, inspections, and pre-delivery inspections. Ensure proper sample submissions are carried out and approved samples are properly labeled and stored appropriately. Plan and carry out the scheduled internal audits. Organize periodic Management Review and ensure timely implementation / execution of the outcomes. Represent and liaise with external parties and third parties on matters relating to Quality (certification bodies, authorities, consultants and clients). Monitor and review day-to-day activities with regards to Quality and Safety. Provide recommendations and proposals for client’s representative comments or approvals where applicable. Ensure all incoming and outgoing site documents are recorded and timely distributed and filed, while determining personnel for such action. Ensure a proper document control system is in place and is reviewed for disposal appropriately when requirements arise. Any other responsibilities as assigned by management. Job Requirements

Degree in Civil Engineering / Building or equivalent or any related field. Experience working in the building material industry. Knowledge of ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001, especially Qlassic & Conquas. Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
