Key Responsibility

  • Familiar with architectural standards, design codes, and proficient in commonly used architectural design and drafting software.
  • Experienced and exposed on basic C&S, M&E and ID technical knowledge.
  • Assist the lead architect in completing architectural design / construction / technical drawing for projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture (Part II) or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with a strong portfolio showcasing involvement across all project phases - from concept to completion.
  • Proficiency in design software including SketchUp, Photoshop, and AutoCAD. Revit and Solidworks knowledge are added advantage.
  • Strong creativity, attention to detail, and understanding of construction methods and technical resolutions.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, teamwork, highly responsible, and able to work under pressure.
  • Experience in the architectural design of steel structure buildings is added advantage.

    Pay : RM4, RM6,000.00 per month
