AI Trainer
Location : Kuala Lumpur, Federal Territory, Malaysia
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Trainer to design, deliver, and continuously improve training programs for our data annotation and quality assurance teams. This role plays a pivotal part in bridging data guidelines with on‑ground operations, ensuring our annotators fully understand, apply, and adhere to data rules and labeling standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Training Program Design & Delivery
Develop and deliver comprehensive training sessions based on internal data rules, annotation standards, and labeling workflows.
Translate complex data annotation requirements into clear, structured, and actionable training content.Conduct regular onsite and virtual training sessions for labeling personnel across multiple bases.SOP Development & Knowledge ManagementIdentify recurring issues in quality inspections and operational workflows, and create standardized Training SOPs to address them.
Maintain and update training documentation, case studies, and best practices to ensure consistency across all teams and suppliers.Quality & Performance AccountabilityTrack and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through quality metrics and post‑training performance data.
Partner closely with QA and Operations teams to monitor learning outcomes and continuously refine the training process.Take ownership of training quality and ensure alignment with project‑level quality targets.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in linguistics, education, data management, or related fields.2+ years of experience in training, quality operations, or data annotation.Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; capable of converting quality issues into structured training improvements.Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to deliver training in a clear, engaging, and professional manner.Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and a continuous improvement mindset.Willingness and ability to travel frequently to different annotation sites or vendor bases.Fluent English communication skills; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
