We are seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to oversee our company’s financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, financial reporting, and compliance, with at least five years of experience in a similar role. This position requires a highly organized professional with a keen eye for detail, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive financial efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all accounting functions, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and tax compliance.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
- Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and internal controls to optimize business performance.
- Manage cash flow, financial planning, and risk management to support business growth.
- Work closely with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies.
- Lead and mentor the accounting team, ensuring efficiency and professional development.
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, tax laws, and financial regulations.
About You
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CMA, CA) is required.Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in accounting, financial management, or a similar leadership role.Strong knowledge of financial reporting, IFRS / GAAP standards, and local tax regulations.Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or similar ERP systems) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Strong leadership and team management abilities.Ability to communicate financial information effectively to non-financial stakeholders.What's in it for you?
