In just 3 years, we've grown from a small studio into a brand with an international presence — showcased at New York Fashion Week, and featured in global publications such as Elle Slovenia, Grazia, and Harper's Bazaar China. Locally, we've been recognised by leading media including The Star Lifestyle, The Edge, Mono Lifestyle and BURO.
Every piece is crafted with purpose, for moments that matter — each piece made in small batches using 14k gold-filled, sterling silver, and natural gemstones.

The Role
As our Retail Stylist Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our store — leading the team, driving sales, and ensuring that every guest walks away with a meaningful and personalised experience.
This is a role for someone who blends sales leadership, operational excellence, and a love for people and design. You will guide the floor team, maintain a beautiful store environment, and grow lasting client relationships, all while supporting the expansion of a homegrown Malaysian brand.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Experience
- Lead by example in styling and guiding clients through collections
- Build strong client relationships and a loyal community

Operations & Store Excellence
Ensure store performance, inventory flow, and visual merchandising standards are consistently upheldEnsure daily store operations run smoothly and reflect Inari's mindful luxury ethosSupport event activations, in-store styling sessions, and community initiativesTeam Leadership
Recruit, train, and mentor retail stylists / floor team membersBuild a positive team culture of passion, purpose, and accountabilityMonitor performance and provide regular coaching / feedbackReporting & KPIs
Track and report on sales, inventory accuracy, and clienteling KPIsPartner with management to develop growth strategies and customer engagementKPIs
Achievement of monthly and quarterly store sales targetsCustomer service excellence (measured via client feedback and repeat visits)Inventory accuracy and visual merchandising upkeepTeam development, morale, and retentionQualifications
3–5 years of relevant retail experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role (fashion, jewellery, or luxury retail preferred)Strong communication skills — fluent in English and Malay, Mandarin proficiency is a plusExcellent interpersonal and clienteling skills, with the ability to connect with diverse customersA natural leader who inspires and motivates othersHighly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable with basic reporting (Excel / Google Sheets)Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidaysComfortable in front of social media; ability to host styling sessions or go live is a plusWhat's in Store for You
