The E-commerce cum Live Host Executive is a dynamic hybrid role responsible for both the back-end management of our e-commerce platforms and the front-end hosting of live selling sessions. This individual will manage product listings and promotions while also planning and presenting engaging live streams to drive direct sales.
JOB TASK
MARKETPLACE & WEBSITE MANAGEMENT
- Manage the day-to-day operations of official stores on platforms like Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop etc.
- Create, manage, and optimize product listings, ensuring all content (titles, descriptions, images, prices) is accurate and compelling.
- Set up and manage in-platform promotional tools, such as vouchers, bundle deals, and flash sales, and participate in major online shopping campaigns (e.g., 11.11, 12.12).
- Assist in running paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Shopee Ads, Facebook Ads, and Google Ads etc.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create social media content that promotes products and drives sales.
- Help execute email marketing campaigns to the customer database.
CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT & ANALYTICS
Act as the first point of contact for online customer inquiries, chats, and reviews to maintain good store ratings.Track and analyze key e-commerce metrics like sales, conversion rate, and traffic.Prepare regular performance reports for the E-commerce Manager.LIVE SELLING & HOSTING
Plan the content, script, and promotions for regular live selling sessions.Act as the on-camera host, presenting products with high energy and persuasively engaging with the audience.Interact with viewers in real-time, answer questions, and use promotional tactics to drive immediate sales during the broadcast.Analyze the results of each live session, including viewership and sales generated.JOB REQUIREMENT
Min 1-3 years of experience managing e-commerce stores (Shopee, Lazada). Prior experience as a live host or promoter is a major advantage.Proficient with e-commerce seller platforms. Must have an excellent on-camera presence, strong communication skills, and a persuasive personality.Experience with digital advertising tools (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Shopee Ads) and social media marketing.Ability to track, analyze, and report on e-commerce KPIs (sales, traffic, conversion rate) using platform analytics and tools like Excel.Skills in writing compelling product descriptions and optimizing listings for visibility.Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks in a fast-paced environment.Strong written communication skills for customer service and internal coordination.Required language(s) : Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
