Responsibilities :
- Promote excellent customer service and ensure satisfaction consistently
- Coordinate all trucking and ocean freight activities with local and overseas offices
- Understand customer processes and delivery requirements to meet expectations effectively
- Handle and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally
- Communicate and coordinate with various departments to fulfill customer requirements
- Process orders using various carriers' systems
- Submit shipping instructions before deadlines and handle shipping documentation with agents or shipping lines
- Prepare and submit customer reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Perform other duties as assigned by the superior
Requirements :
